For our Maths Year 3 have been exploring Multiplication. They have been learning how to multiply using various different methods.

The NSPCCs Number Day on Friday 7th February 2025. The whole school joined together in raising money for the NSPCC and learning about Numbers. Year 3 created their own number hats which looked amazing and creative.

We began the day by competing in a TTRS tournament. The children used the multiplication number skills to try and achieve points.

One of the activities that we did involved the children thinking about what they would do if they had £10. They came up with some creative ideas like saving the money, giving it to charity and or buying some ice cream!

On Friday (7th February) the Chaplaincy team lead our Celebration of the Word. The read and talked about Solidarity and Peace.

On Thursday  6th March we celebrated World Book Day! The children had lots of fun dressing up as their favourite characters. We had various activities throughout the day including a live lesson where school around the UK read a book together.
